In the Bath with Kath

Year: 2009

Genre: Web Series
In the Bath with Kath is an original online comedy series featuring Kathy Christopherson, actress and comedienne. Kath will go to great lengths to find the perfect bubbly bathtub to rant about what’s troubling her world. And what’s a rant without a rave? Each webisode is shot from the sanctity of "her" bubble bath.
Bathroom regulars include off-beat characters such as: “Paul in the Hall” (a guy with no opinion), “Pete on the Seat” (a no-nonsense fellow who articulates from the toilet seat), “The Little Man in the Boat” (a tiny man with big life experiences) and “Funky the Monkey” (a fur ball that has Kath’s back). Plus, every webisode will find a special guest...in the bath with Kath.

Intermission Year: 2004
Role: Interjector
Genre: Short
Writer & Director: Laura Cayouette
Plot Outline: Set in a women's restroom, Intermission is a comedic peek behind closed doors into the overly busy lives of women. Yearning to get pregnant, Vacationer takes a break in the Bahamas, but as she recounts the jam-packed days of her trip to her supportive friend, Love, it's evident she was too busy to even lay down. Talker spins a convoluted rant about being interrupted as Edgewise, her audience, tries to get a word in. Sleepwalker gets more done after midnight than most people do all day. Her friend, Relater, is sure she empathizes until Interjector throws in her two cents. Though all of the women are not aware of it, they are most busy during moments carved out for rest, all too busy living to having a life.
